1. Overview
At Zimbapay, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of our services — including manual crypto transactions and third-party fulfilled gift deliveries — specific return and refund guidelines apply.
Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.
2. Crypto Transactions (Buy, Sell & Swap)
❌ Non-Refundable
All cryptocurrency transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain. Due to the volatility and irreversible nature of crypto assets, Zimbapay does not offer refunds for completed trades.
✅ Always double-check wallet addresses and amounts before sending payment.
3. Errors & Disputes in Crypto Transactions
If you believe a transaction was made in error (e.g., wrong amount or wallet address provided), you must contact us immediately via:

We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis. However, we cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to the wrong address.
4. Gift Item Purchases & Dropshipping Orders
Zimbapay offers select gift items through trusted third-party print-on-demand and dropshipping partners.
✅ Returns & Exchanges (If Applicable)
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- Your order does not arrive within 30 business days
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size/color chosen by the buyer
- Delayed deliveries due to customs or logistics beyond our control
5. Refund Eligibility
If your return is approved, we will:
- Issue a replacement, credit, or refund to your original payment method (crypto or fiat)
- Refunds for crypto payments will be based on the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction, not current rates
Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
