4. Crypto Transactions – Disclaimer & Risk

All crypto transactions on Zimbapay are manually processed.
Zimbapay is not a wallet provider, and we do not hold your funds.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of crypto wallet addresses
  • Sending the correct amount of cryptocurrency
  • Confirming real-time exchange rates before sending funds

⚠️ Zimbapay will not be liable for lost or incorrect transfers due to user error.

5. Refunds & Errors

Crypto transactions are irreversible.
We do not offer refunds once a transaction has been completed unless there is an error on our end.

If you mistakenly send crypto to the wrong address, we cannot recover those funds.
Please triple-check wallet addresses before sending.

6. Rates and Exchange Policy

Our exchange rates are based on market trends and internal pricing.
We may adjust rates at any time and display them via our crypto converter.

You agree to:

  • Completing the payment within the stated validity period of the rate

  • Zimbapay partners with Printify and other fulfillment companies to ship items globally.
  • Delivery timelines, product quality, and shipping policies are governed by our fulfillment partners.
  • Customers must verify shipping addresses and ensure accurate product selection during checkout.

All content on this website, including logo, branding, text, design, and images, is the property of Zimbapay or its partners.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zimbapay is not liable for:

  • Crypto price volatility
  • Delays in dropshipping fulfillment
